Hope for my friend Razvan!

Hello, my dear friends, family and those who I haven't had the chance to meet. I've never done this before, but I would like to introduce you to my friend from my home country, Razvan, and hopefully you can become a part of his story. In a short 2 months his life has drastically changed.

Razvan, like me was born and raised in Romania, we were practically family as he and my brother have been best friends since first grade. I recently found out that he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, type T.
Razvan or Zuzu as his friends call him––he is just 21 years old. Razvan began the treatment against leukemia at “The Clinical Institute, Center of Hematology and Medullary Transplant of Fundeni, Romania. The treatment involves aggressive rounds of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. If the chemotherapy and radiotherapy are successful, he will need a bone marrow transplant. The hard costs just for the chemotherapy and radiotherapy are estimated to be $25,000.
Razvan is the only child of the family. We can only imagine what they are going through doing everything possible to save the life of their only child they have. However, the family's financial resources were limited even before this tragedy, and now they are struggling to sell everything they can in order to collect every penny to afford Razvan's treatment. In light of this, all of his friends in Romania are trying to exhaust every possibility to raise the money at home but we have a long way to go––and the time window is diminishing. As I am his only connection to the world outside Romania, I am asking you, my New York and international family and friends, on behalf of Razvan to contribute and help give him a chance to survive. Any amount counts and will be sincerely appreciated it, as it will give Razvan a very special opportunity to be hopeful during this holiday season.
