Hope for a better tomorrow

My Mother and I are living in a rented place, we have hadissues with the landlord previously and are not sure if the rent price is safe or if he will tell us to move out. We have 3 dogs and 3 cats and im trying to buy a place for all of us but with only my income. I work full time but dont have much of high pay. I need to buy a place for me and my mother to be able to live in for the future. My mother does not work and can not work due to health reasons so we can not take a loan out on both our names. The loan can only be on my name but since it is on one person (even though I have explained that my mother will be helping me in payments an doffered to get this in writing) the amount I am able to take is not so great and can not afford a proper place in North or Central Malta. I do not want to go to the Sputh of Malta since the School I work in is in very the North of Malta. I suffere from from quite some health issues amongst which are low thyroid, endometriosis, severe anxiety adn depression. all these issues combined together are making me veryy agitated in not knowing if tomorrow will come and the lndlord might kick us out or raise the rent again and we will not be ble to afford it. They are also effecting my mother who also has depression. Any donation one can give to use would be much appreciated.
