Hope Blossoms Project for Female Teen Cancer Patients

Every year, the BS Interior Design Exhibit Class of Mapua University holds an exhibit that helps non-profit organizations hep their beneficiaries through renovations of their spaces. This year, we are partnering with “Silungan ng Pag-asa” (Shelter of Hope) which is a half-way house for children and teenage cancer patients from provinces who are currently under treatment in Manila. Silungan ng Pag-asa provides the cancer patients a shelter where they can stay and call their own. There is currently an expansion of an all-female room that we are interested in developing in order to cater to the needs of the patients in terms of their healing and well-being.
