Hope and Love for our Mama Nene fight against Diabetes

Hello Friends,

We humbly ask for any assistance for the treatment of my mother’s continuous fight against diabetes. She was rushed in the hospital last February 05, 2019 due to stroke. The doctor’s finding to my mom is five multiple stroke due to blood clot on her brain one of the complications of her diabetes and if she had any stroke in the future, we can probably lost her. After almost 2 weeks, the doctor allowed us to bring her home with the medicine prescribed and proper diet for her condition. My father stopped from working because she had to take care of my mom at home. Since then we have been struggling to meet her medical needs. We often rushed her to emergency of the hospital due to her uncontrolled blood sugar.

Last March 14, 2019 we rushed her to the hospital and the doctor’s finding is heart attack, they recommend us to put my mom on ICU for better laboratory and medical care. As of now, we’ve been depleted our resources and we cannot afford the running bill of medical care and laboratories for ICU. She is struggling with kidney failure, potential heart attack and blood clot on brains due to diabetes complications.

It has been a heartbreak seeing our mom with a tube on the nose for her to eat, take medicine and oxygen on her; she cannot even sleep alone inside the ICU. But, as I first saw her inside the ICU room alone, my tears overflow on my eyes, asking her if she still want to fight, then she just nod and give an okay sign to my elder sister with her hand on dextrose needle. That moment, I said to myself, we will fight because money can earn but her life and time with us will never be return.

It has been an inspiration to see my mom continue to live and fight for us each day. As her child, we are so proud and filled with gratitude for her gift of life. Seeing my mom brave enough to face her conditions for us, is helping us get through everything with the hope and love on our hearts.

There is no price higher than any time we could spend with her, but the finances of her medical needs has gone quiet overwhelming. At this point, we are reaching out for any amount of financial need for our mom. We are very grateful to accept any amount you and/or your family is willing to donate.
