Homeownership DREAMS !!!!

I'm a single mom for two boys, we have been renting our home for 10yrs with our family of animals. We love the neighborhood and would love to stay here as long as we can, My landlord has recently offered me the option to buy at a great deal. buying this home would be great for me and my boys. it has all we need. I work full time and do well from day to day financially, I'm only starting this fundraiser to help with my down payment that I need to secure this home for my family. My youngest son is autistic and he does not due well with change. the thoughts of moving terrify him. so any help we get will be very much appreciated.
