Homeless to be student

I am a student currently studying in London, I am in my last year of uni and am currently living in halls. I have been living on my own since uni has started as my parents are very abusive. I finish uni in May and cannot move back home. Therefore I will be homeless and need at least 3 months worth of rent money to survive so I can pick myself up find a job and become fully independent. Please please please may you help me
