Homeless Not Hopeless

Homeless Not Hopeless is an Unincorporated Association with the aim of becoming charity status asap.

We receive donations of clothes, shoes, sleeping bags, toiletries and ambient foods such as pot noodles and cuppa soups and hand them out in Bradford every Wednesday to the homeless and needy.

We are in need of monetary donations to cover the rent of our unit where we keep and sort the donations, along with purchases of toiletries, food and underwear.

Founded by Matt in December 2019 who has been homeless himself. Matt personally knows the immense challenges and struggles, both emotionally and physically, which makes it even more difficult to get back on your feet.

Those who experience homelessness do not have a place they call home, this includes people spending nights in shelters, streets, abandoned buildings or even couch surfing.

There is no single reason why someone can end up without a home. Personal circumstances and wider factors both play their part.

We have grown to a small yet committed team of local folks.

Be it through anger or compassion, we draw our resolve from the injustice that is homelessness in 21st century Britain, everybody should have a place to live.
