Homeless nead help

Winter is comeing iam loosing my appartment can not afford the bills trying to get the money to buy a camper so i wont be sleapping under a bridge iam disabled and not able to work or i would be doing so  i could realley use your peoples help i will even show you how the money is spent ive never beged for money before but now iam unable to work and have no other choice  i have osteo pena ulcerative collitas  So please help me if you can
