Homeless family with dier need for motel

we have had posts explaining our life and needing help with eviction prevention, but nobody helped so im going to make this short me and my fiancé are 24 I am disabled and we have 3 young children with special needs for there kidneys and intestinal track, we are homeless due to slumlord, we really truly need help either with a month at motel or a car to live out of please someone, there has to be someone who can help us on our feet my fiancé works we are hard workers im fighting for ssi due to my disabilities please help fund us a vehicle to live out of or a motel for a month we need help from a real caring person with who can care about our struggle would be willing to provide proof of my children's disabilities and mine from doctor please help us get out of the street we are good people who have been demolished by slumlords' please just help im at the end of the road I have nowhere else to turn we have bad credit would like debt consolidation because we qualify for habitat for humanity except our credit and in order to move forword we need help please help my kids not for me for them ages 6,2,1 I am a great mother and want to stay with them please help me stay with my babies if we don't find help soon they will be taken please help us
