Homeless and Mouth Pain.

Hello, I am writing this to hopefully get some help very much needed. I am currently homeless which is not my main concern right now since I have a great people/friends that lets me bounce around most of the time. He also told me about this site and set me up a Paypal hoping it may help.  I need quite a bit of dental help. I am in pain daily and although it does not help it is not from being hungry. I couldn't tell you exactly what's wrong but I will explain it best as possible. I was thrown out of my house years ago for sticking up for my girlfriend at the time. When I was thrown out I still had braces on both top and bottom on and to this day STILL have the braces on both top and bottom. This although very annoying is not my main problem, I currently need a couple gum graft surgeries because I am missing pieces of my gums here and there. I can count 3 so who knows how many I will really need. I also have a couple of my back teeth rotted and need to be pulled.  Also a couple of my braces brackets have ripped off and took a piece of my tooth with it, so you can imagine not only having parts of your gums missing but also a chunk of your tooth missing from a bracket ripping off.

  The best part of all of this is I HAVE NO INSURANCE obviously as I don't have much else. So the free clinic around town pretty much said it's just too much work for them to do. Also kind of looked lost, and this was over a year when I last went and got it looked at. She looked very serious about needing to take care of that as soon as possible and who knows if something else or any type of disease has developed since that last meeting.

  I just turned 25 and I keep telling myself I have plenty of time to turn things around but you can imagine how hard it is to find a job currently without the fact that I have no steady ride to work, no phone or set address for them to contact me back at. I pick up extra side duties here and there but that is not good enough to get this fixed. It also takes a lot of energy out of you when you are constantly in great pain 95% of the day.  I would like to say, I don't smoke tobacco or chew tabacco,never have and don't and have not done any drugs other than high school experiments like the usual kid. Not sure if anyone else has had bad teeth and gums but it is a major confidence buster, I can't just walk into car lots or other face to face job opportunities and sign up when I'm constantly thinking about my bad teeth or being in terrible pain I cannot focus on our conversation.

 Sorry for such a long story, and as you can imagine I have quite a bit of cavaties also but did not mention them much as I have greater pain than a couple cavities. Not sure if you can imagine what it feels like to have cold air or cold water hit the very bottom of your exposed tooth, but I feel it every time I open my mouth. Can't take it anymore. I will not be able to respond to any questions daily but will do my best to come as often as possible. Thank You for any help.

In the 2 photos I just showed the bottom, with one of the pieces of gums missing, I have 2 other places like this but on the inside of my teeth so I could not show a photo but I am sure you get the idea. I hope someone can imagine what kind of pain I am in DAILY. You can also see how good of a cleaning I need and imagine what the rest of it's like. There is not 1 day that goes by that I can just relax, and like I said before it's not just because I have nowhere to relax. You can see the gum is missing all he way down to my chin. Most people need this surgery due to receding gums but I am missing pieces of mine.
