He sleeps outside every night

I am starting this campaign to help street cats. My goal is to buy food during cold and winter period for cats around me. For now I can afford to feed only this little boy. As cold time started this little guy sleeps outside every night. Me and my neighbors improvised this "bed". You can see on the images. But it is very cold during the night. If you have possibility to help about more comfortable and worm home please help.
