What do I do?
Everyone can workout to be fitter without going to the gym and train for hours. You don't need big and expensive fitness gear. There's more than enough fitness gear all around you in your home and in your office. What about the weights? Well, that's where you come in play :-)
All you need is your own body weight. And of course some motivation and dedication. And that's where I come in play! I will be your mentor, your coach and your motivator. I will show you your possibilities within your own secure environment; your home or your office.
I wil help you setting up your personal workout and nutrition schemes. All customized to your own goals and needs. You'll see that it is possible to enjoy all the good things in life and get fit all together.
What do I need?
I need to set up a website including a membership section, coaching module including training and nutrition schedules.
The membership section will contain videos and pictures explaining all the different home workouts in detail. All the marketing will be done through social media also with videos and pictures. Therefore I need good equipment to make recordings.
The training and nutrition schemes will be made with special software made for the fitness branche. So I have to buy this software license.
For this startup I need a minimum of $25000.
My personal story
I'd like to tell you more about how I got 'infected' with my passion for fitness and being fit. Because being fit is like a stubborn virus; Once infected with the virus, you will not get rid if it!
I'm a 40-plus year old man, and I'm proud of it, a father of two beautiful teenagers, a son and a daughter. In addition, I am especially a loving husband of my greatest love.
My life before
From high school I started working immediately but I have always been a entrepreneur. So it was obvious that I became an entrepreneur fulltime. Sport for me was always a must and I practiced various sports from fighting and defensive sports to football. I have done football from my 16th to a (fairly) high amateur level but I've always suffered from underweight. I have followed the most strange diets, such as a whipped cream diet. With my length of 1 meter 85 and a weight of between 69 and 73 kilograms, I was quite skinny.
Although I still regularly play football, around my 38th year my own body became a burden due to rheumatic complaints including osteoarthritis which caused me to stop sports. It quickly deteriorated with my body and mobility. It got so bad that I could hardly get out of my bed because of pain and stiffness. For this I have had a lot of treatments at physiotherapists, but nothing helped me to function normally, let alone exercise.
Until I met a chiropractor who approached and treated everything differently. After some treatments I could get up again in the morning. This was already a huge success but not enough for me. My chiropractor advised me to do fitness and even bodybuilding. And even though I he was crazy because I could not do any sports, I followed his advice. And I am very grateful to up till today!
My life now
Accompanied by a very good friend and old powerlifter I started to do fitness. Of course, supported by a good and healthy dietary schedule. After 3 months I started I was pain free. After 6 months my stiffness also disappeared completely and I started playing football again. After almost a year I weighed 83 kilograms, my attitude improved and I had a healthy fat percentage. Not only did I noticed a big physical change but also a great increase in mental strength and resilience. Until today, I experience the benefits of fitness even though I train less than before.
Sharing my knowledge
I want to share the knowledge and experiences that I have gained with others. Just to show and make people feel that you can be fit on your own level and just in the comfort of your home. I want people to experience that you do not have to spend hours or days in the gym to become fit and energetic and that you can keep enjoying the beautiful and delicious things of life. I now help others with training and nutritional schedules, supporting supplements and of course with the right motivation!
