Campaign Story
I bought a house in 2009, and i knew it needed cosmetic work, but did not fully comprehend how much repair the floors and walls need(both floors, 1st and 2nd, sag in the middle), there's little to no insulation, needed new windows, needs a new roof and siding, and im in a flood zone that just got rezone so i need flood insurance (which made my mortgage increase $200/mo). This is one of the reasons i cannot afford it.
