Home Renovation needed

We are in a very tight situation. About 3 months ago my Dad died and my sister's transplanted kidney is not working and will need a new one. We need to sell the house and it needs to be fixed up, so that we can go and help my sister. I spent my savings and 401k on funeral costs and much more that was needed. What is left is being used to pay for part of the renovation, but we need a bit more to finish. Our world changed a lot this year. Having my dad sick for the past two years was very tough on all of us, but specially on my mom. My dad died a month before their 50th wedding anniversary And that was hard to deal with and then my sister having health problems as well. I had to quit my job to help my mom with my dad. Now that he is gone I can't get a job because we will be moving back to Mexico and I need to be here for the undergoing renovation process and also constantly go to Mexico to help out my sister. My mom is currently there. I have taken small jobs here and there to help pay the bills, so that is good, but the renovation needs to get done, so that we can sell it and move. Being here brings a lot of sad memories for my mom and myself. My sister needs more and more of our help and we can't be spending time and money going back and forth to Mexico. Asking for money is my last resource. I always do an effort and push by myself to accomplish something, but this time we are not doing good.
