Home Planet – Short Film

Hi everyone!

We are a team of final year students from LASALLE College of the Arts - Puttnam School of Film and Animation. Currently, we are in the midst of embarking on our thesis films as part of our BA(Hons) graduation requirements.

Home Planet is a thesis film that has been in development since June 2020 and will be shot in January of 2021. The film tells the story of Jonny an astronaut who is thrown into a difficult decision after his mother falls ill - stay home or chase his dreams.

What We Need

We are looking to raise $5000 in order to fund our film. The funds will help us in so many ways!

• Actor fees to bring Jonny and his family to life
• Location rental fees for Jonny's farm
• Buy amazing props and material for us to build our spaceship
• Truck and van rental fees
• Food and snacks to feed our very hardworking cast and crew
