Home Ownership for Veterans

My objective, at its core, is to help veterans in a cost-effective way to obtain permanent resident. Looking purchase below market value homes from bank and make ready for hardship veterans to rent for a particular time at below market rental value. After the tenant has maintained five to six years of rental satisfaction per rental agreement, he or she will receive a deed to the said property. However, there will be a small  closing cost with the exception of the title and legal fees no greater than $1500. The rental deposit will cover most if not all. The deposit will never go beyond $900. However, if the cost is greater than the deposit amount the company will cover the remaining balance. I am looking to obtain homes by the bundle or other means as they arise. I am looking to obtain up to 10 homes to start and many more in the near future. The money will cover the purchase homes, and rehab cost, labor, and all fees and taxes  associated. Please help let get these empty houses full of deserving veterans and at the same time build up the communities around us.

There are so many houses in our communities that have been lost due to the recent recession. There are many veterans and family which need these homes, so lets team up and make a difference and help our veterans and families in need and at the same time help our communities recover and prosper.
