Our company will be assisting Kiwis to own their dream homes. A deposit is what is standing in a way between kiwis and home ownership, and it is our goal to make that a reality through our innovative offering.

The property market is booming and yet many kiwi's are still unable to purchase a home due to the lack of a deposit. Government institutions such as NZHF have an income threshold and organizations such as You Own still require a 5% deposit.

Unlike NZHF and You Own, we require NO DEPOSIT. We will pay the 20% deposit needed by the bank for your bond in a form of a co-ownership and after 5 years you can buy the 20% and own 100% of your home.
