I want to tell our story and why I ask for your help. I apologize if I made some grammatical mistakes - English is not my native language.

Last year we had taken a loan from the bank and bought a flat. Unfortunately, without repair.

We hoped to begin repair in the summer, but at that moment we didn't have extra money due to payments for loans and bills. The bank also declined our request for a new loan for the same reason.

My husband works hard to fulfill our dream, but, unfortunately, it is almost unreachable. So I finally decided to try and use this crowdfunding platform to raise part of funds for repair. He doesn't even know about my idea, but I hope that it will be a perfect New Year's Eve gift.

Our flat needs overhaul. It means we have to replace electrical wiring, warm it and make full sound insulation, replace old utilities and radiators, all windows and doors, purchase new sanitary and kitchen equipment, replace and level floor covering, repair two loggias and all rooms, paint the walls and ceilings and other things to do. All these moments form the impressive total amount we have to pay.

Before beginning repair we have to approve a project and it costs approximately 2000 euro. By our calculations full overhaul can cost at about 25 thousand euro, including new equipment and furniture.

Therefore, we decided to separate all works into 2 stages. In the beginning of the stage 1 we have to create and approve the project and then start repair in a bathroom and toilet, a laundry and kitchen. In the next 1-2 years we will start repair in all rooms, loggias, a hall and corridor.

Till that moment we already have faced few serious problems and they become the main reason why we so seek to begin 1st stage ASAP:
1. A toilet gets littered every month because of the wrong connection.
2. In a bathroom there is no compulsory ventilation.
3. Heated towel rail in a bathroom has rusted.
4. Tile in a bathroom begins to break away.
5. Loops in a kitchen set have rusted.
6. Average temperature in our flat during the period from October till April is at about 18-19 degrees. It is pretty cold. From windows is blowing wind and batteries don't heat well.
7. It is impossible to fully close a door in a toilet due to it has swollen from time.
8. In a laundry room is increased humidity due to there is neither heated towel rail, nor the battery.

To start the first stage of repair we have to collect 15 thousand euro.

I ask for your help so we could collect necessary amount of money and begin overhaul in the summer 2019.
