Home Heating Help for the Cold NH winter

I heat my home with K-1 oil through a monitor heater.  Currently it doesn't work and we need to pay for mintenance and repairs to get it running.  Once it's running, we need oil for the tank.  In prior years we have been blessed with state fuel assistance but this year, because of budget cuts, we recieved none!  We get by using a little electric heat, but try to skimp because we know our budget can't handle a large bill.  We try not to use heat at night, and usually turn on the heat when the house is about 60 degrees. We are cold! It's winter here in the Northeast!  We have no money to pay for the job as we just barely scrape by on necessities.  Bless all who can help our family!
