Home garden!

Kia ora whanau. My name's Ashley. I'm a mum of 3 beautiful babies ages 6, 4 and 1. As most people know eating healthy isn't cheap and when money is slim it's more convenient to buy what is cheapest.

Well I'm wanting differently for my babies. We've been trying to start our own gardens so that we can have fresh produce to eat and be healthy! Also I see this as a great opportunity to teach them valuable life lessons that they can then pass onto their babies.

Making our own garden will help reduce down our costs of food. It will also give us better health benefits. For me the most important one is that it gives us time to bond together and them the skills to help with a better greener future.
