Home for my family

I am writing because I want to help my mother and my little sister find a home.  The story of my family is very sad :( My parents are divorced. Since the divorce my mother has been working hard to raise me and my little sister, because my father did not support us. My mother worked hard to finance my university studies, and the schooling of my sister. In the present day I live separately in a rent with my fianceé and I work as well. My sister still lives with Mom because she still goes to school. A few years after the divorce, my Mom gained money to buy a flat for us, we almost had a home then. Unfortunately the lawyer who was supposed to manage the traffic got away with the deposit, the whole purchase price of our flat. So we had to move again. My Mom asked for a subsidiary flat from the local government.  We lived there for almost five years.  2 weeks ago, my mother received a notice of evicition. She and my little sis' who still goes to school have to move out latest in spring. I am asking you for help, because we cannot earn enough money to support both my family and ourselves.  My Mom has a salary enough to get on day-by-day. She can't afford to rent a flat, let alone to buy one.  I want to buy my family a flat so that my Mom and my sister will have a safe home and a stable roof over their heads.
