Integrity of entire structure of our home compromised

I am a grandmother on my own with my grandchildren living with me. Last year I bought a small piece of land in Heidelberg WC, South Africa.My daughter from KZN funded the building of a small house for us, but the contractor made such a mess of building the house and has finally agreed to pay a minimal amount for basic repairs to the foundations and cracks, but we still need to plaster and paint the walls now, as well as put in floating flooring because of the problem there. We need to also put other measures in place because of the clay soil here. ie. Gutters and a cement pathway around the house. I am a pensioner and simply do not have the finances needed. We are at present living out of suitcases and boxes still, because of the water coming through the walls. I am appealing to some good samaritans to assist us in making our home safe and livable please?

I have also been home schooling my grandchildren as there is no affordable English medium school here. My daughter was also sponsoring my grandchildren's schooling, but due to covid can no longer assist us in this. Can anyone take over sponsorship of this please?
