I want to enable Marc to buy a license for growing medicinal Cannabis. He lives in a rural area and is housebound and ill, with prostate cancer, advanced Chrons, a very bad back, a broken shoulder, and torn ligaments in his hand. He will be able to grow Cannabis with the intention to sell to his local Cannabis store and pharmacy but he can't do it without a license. He will build a DIY nursery with a legal amount of plants. It is a huge challenge to nurse and nurture and water these plants because it needs a specific regime according to the Cannabis websites. It will be challenging with his injuries but absolutely possible. His injuries have never held him back from fulfilling a goal. Timing is important and this needs to happen soon because it will take a few months from beginning to full crop.

You may ask, why Cannabis? - well, this is what he can do. After a stroke 5 years ago he lost the ability to speak but taught himself to speak again through singing. The reading&writing department was permanently damaged though. He manages but with great difficulty. It is impossible for him to work in a normal job situation because of this.

The short of is, this is what is possible for Marc to do in his condition, and he has worked in a nursery as a student, where he developed a love for plants and the nurtiring it takes to have the very best product. He needs to earn money to pay his rent or will get kicked out. I am in South Africa, unable to fly to the US, or to look after him there, for now. The cost for a license is $20 000 and the rest of the amount will go for packaging, advertising, and travel. I have so much admiration for this man with the heart of a lion because of his will to do something to get out of a bad situation and make life worthwhile. Life has dealt him several blows but he refuses to give up. He wrote a film script for a tv-series but we know that is for the long haul in finding funding and getting on with it. Right now he needs to stay alive and I am asking you to please help me to help Marc be Marc again.
