Hello!

My name is Holly D. and I am a 19 year old, first year college student. I am also the first in my family to attend college! I am enrolled in the Culinary Management Program at Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario.

MY EVENT- This amazing college has created the opportunity for Culinary and Hospitality students to travel, study and work in France for 2 months in the beginning of our second year in college.  I am asking for assistance from the public to help me raise funds to be able to study in France. This is an amazing opportunity for myself to learn about France and European culture and cooking techniques and regional recipes.

MY REASON FOR GOING-This would be an incredible experience that would boost my resume into the stratosphere! I am desperately seeking donations, grants, and bursaries in order to help finance this incredible opportunity.

FINANCIAL GOAL-My goal is minimum $8,500.00 CDN in order to pay for the trip and travel during my time there. Every penny helps so I would humbly and greatly appreciate any donation you can make to help me get to France!

Thank You!

Holly D.
