Hello, my name is Lukica Prusac. I live in the small town of Metković in the south of Croatia. Above it is a small village called Ograđ. On the slope from which a beautiful view of the Neretva valley. It was most probably named after the fences with which the locals fenced pastures and arable land. The town consists of several houses and is uninhabited today.

Since I am relatively young, 30, happily married with 2 small children, I decided to dedicate myself to my grandparents and renovate an old family home.

The position is unique with a beautiful view of the valley full of juicy mandarins, the sounds of nature with morning coffee and peace throughout the day will be ideal for a holiday after the whole working year.

Archaeological Museum of Narona

At the very foot is the town of Vid where are the remains of the city of Narona which form the foundation of the Archaeological Museum of Narona. The Archaeological Museum of Narona was built in 2007 above the temple, which was built around 10 BC. Kr. in honor of Emperor Augustus and is the first in situ museum in Croatia. On an area of about 1000 m2 there are 900 exhibits found in the temple, on the forum in front of it and the entire site of ancient Narona. Certainly the most significant is the group of statues representing emperors and members of their families.

The location is unique for one day trips. In the immediate vicinity of 20 km away is Medjugorje, which is one of the largest Catholic shrines in Europe.

A little further some 50 km from the house is the city of Mostar, ideal for shopping and visiting the old bridge built in 1566. and at that time was the largest port structure above the river in the world. Now to Unec's cultural heritage.

If you go south about 100km, you can see Dubrovnik. A world destination where there is a stone city 7 centuries old and still inhabited today. You can walk through its walls.

In the surroundings there are a couple of small restaurants where you can ride in traditional boats and eat many specialties while exploring the untouched nature.

The sea is 15 km away.

After a day trip you can relax by the barbecue and pool enjoying nature. Let’s get to my project a bit. The house will have two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. The house can accommodate up to 8 people. There will be a swimming pool and a barbecue area with a fireplace. You will also have at your disposal bicycles that you will be able to ride on already arranged bicycle paths.

I will need € 150,000 for this project. I designed the project so that with your donations you get a free stay at home when the project is realized.
