Hockey Godzilla needs help!

My Hockey Club achievements Hi, My name is Hijannah and I live in Pasir Gudang, Johor, I am a teacher and currently, I am teaching in one of the rural school in Pasir Gudang. This school is located near to Johor Port and most of the students came from bottom B40 family. Most of the parents are factory workers. However, in three years of working in this school, I notice that most of the students are active in sports and they like to play hockey. So, I told the school authorities that I would like to start a hockey team. Permission granted and now I have 2 teams. We have been participating in hockey games since 2017. However, due to the lack of equipment and money to support, we could only participate in the district tournament last year. In God's grace, we came at fourth place (for girls team) and fifth place (boys team). This year, the kids already start the training and I am afraid to tell them that I could only bring one team to play at the district level.

But, before I tell them the bad news, I want to try to get fund. I believe that there are people who still want to help. This year we are having difficulties in buying goalkeeper padding set, as our old one is torn off ( the new set cost us around RM 1820), paying the competition fees ( we only can afford to pay for one team, the fee cost us RM 150), and the transportation fee as the hockey turf is 40 km away from our school, for the past two years most of the teacher help to give some money on food and transportation fee. We sometimes cannot afford to pay for 30 students, so we need to cancel training. Every time that happens, I will feel upset for myself as I could not provide them with the needs. We also would like to have our own jerseys, we don't have one. Last year, we borrowed jerseys from school nearby. All of the expenses total up it cost us around RM 3900 (USD920)

I believe in my kids. I know what are they capable of. We called our goalkeeper as "GODZILLA". That is her nickname in the field. Help my Godzilla to have her new padding set. Hockey is an expensive sport, but I could not let down my students hopes just because they don't have enough money. I want to tell them God created humans to help one and another. Have Faith, God will send his help through anyone.
