Hke Global care

HKE global care is a non-profit organisation that is in the process of being formally registered and will be based in Randburg, Johannesburg. Since its inception in May 2014 Global care has been providing clothes and food to the needy kids. Most of these children come from low-income families or are orphans that live at orphanages or homes for abanded kids. Since 2014 HKE Global care used their own member’s funds to help out over 60 Children and young people.

On the 1 August 2015 we had our first lunch with the kids from an Orphanage called Dora’s Arch the orphanage houses over 60 orphans and kids from poor family that get a daily meal from there, On the 11 June2016 we painted an orphanage called Noah’s ark based in Johannesburg, we managed to paint 2 classroomsand on 25 June 2016 we had our first sports day for the less privileged children and kids from Dora’s Arch, we had t-shirts, face painting, jumping castle and food. All these events were self- funded by the members of HKE Global Care.

On 06 August 2016 we had a lunch day with the children from Dora’s ark and we had cakes and enjoyed treats and gifts. On 25 December 2016 we had a Shoe box event that focused on getting stationary, Christmas clothes and school uniforms for the disadvantaged kids of Heavenly Kingdom embassy and the kids from Synagogue children of hope, Synagogue children of hope is a temporary shelter/home for abused and abandoned kids. The kids from Synagogue children of hope are between the ages of 0years to 4years.

With winter approaching we would also like to also start a soup kitchen in June 2017 for the less privileged that are on the streets. We will be launching a social programme that will help the youth with toiletries and grooming, the aim of the programme is to help our young people that have low self-esteem due to lack of deodorant, soap and most importantly sanitary pads

This year 2017, we are expecting to provide for more children. We have embarked on a campaign to raise enough funds or resources to help out more than double the number of kids. We would be delighted if you can help our organization achieve its goals by donating to our yearly soccer event which takes place on the 16/17 June. For that we require t-shirts, gift packs, soccer balls, food and sports gifts even monetary donations.

We are well aware that it may be difficult to give during such tough economic times, but please be aware that there are many others who find themselves in worse predicaments. Our charity will be happy to accept any form of help and we do not have a minimum requirement for monetary donations.
