Housing for homeless

We are trying to make housing for homeless people and recovering addicts. We have found the houses and the lawns, we just need the funding to make it a reality.

We will build to begin with 25x studio apartments from container houses that we will fill with rent-free people because we don't want people to struggle to pay their bills, and renting is one of those bills that are hardest for most.

Financial problems is one of the reasons people take their lives, and we want to make it easier for those that struggle. We will scan peoples papers to see who deserves the most to get into these apartments.

In second wave, we will add houses to the area and rent them out 20%+ below rental market today. We will make sure those houses go to people with less ability to pay rent. We will be in profit after the first year with fully rented house (Usually business plans use 80% filled, so it will be one and a half year tops). We will take that profit to build even more apartments for homeless and cheaper housing.

Every dollar matters in making this huge change. You could be the reason people get back on their feet.
