HIV SELF-TEST STUDY IN D R CONGO

The D R CONGO is one of the countries suffering from the weakness of health system undermining the abaility to meet health goals in a comprehensive , sufficient and sustainable way The country continues to bear one of the highest burden of HIV/AIDS .malaria ,tuberculosis , neglected tropical diseases as well as other infection diseases

Our NGO is involved in the fighting of HIV/AIDs since more than one decade , I was able to attend the latest conference of International Aids Conference(IAS) held in Paris 23-26 , 2017 as a member and we have committed for many strategies of fighting .

In our strategy of reaching the target 90-90-90 of UNAIDS by 2020 , we have been dealing with a proposals of HIV SELF TEST STUDY in order to reach 90% of people aware with their serologic status by 2020 . We have been able to establish our proposal and Ministry of Health at National. Provincial and local has strongly encouraged us to go ahead with this innovative study never reported in our country

We have established the partnership with the test kits supplier in CANADA and FRANCE who are in position to supply the test kit along our study .

Now that we have an established proposal and budget we are now looking for the financial and logistical support for the successful implementation of the study expected to save many live in D R CONGO
