Hip Operation

i was in may 2010 attacked by Hooligans in the centre of Belgrade(when i was on holiday in Belgrade , i am actually a Dutch Citizien , so I had an operation in that time(in Belgrade), but i still didnt put the metal out of my hip , i should do it , 1 year later , in 2011,i even didnt had any rehabilitation, that i actually still need, the problem is , that i came 6 months ago to Belgrade again, to work for a company ( native speakers dutch help desk agent) but i unfortunatlu still dont have any health inssuriances , i feel my pain and i feel that the metal thing has to go out, so i hope that i will get some help from you.
