Smokey is a 5 year old Lab mix who was adopted as a pup. He is in desparate need of hip surgery, possibly full replacement if I can't get this done sooner. He is alert, but is unable to move freely anymore. He was a vibrant, active, social sweetheart before, and I need your help to get him back. He is constantly medicated and uncomfortable, and I hate seeing him suffer. I have been given a short window, as I've been advised that as muscle atrophy gets worse, his chance at successful surgery drops. I've never asked for help before, but for Smokey, anything goes. Please help however you can.
