Our family is taking on an intense training program to learn about leadership.  “This is where you go to design your future in the company of other inspired professionals who are dedicated to your success!  To achieve one's potential in business is to use both sides of the brain. The focus of the training is to build a bridge between art and business. Too many musicians and performers fail to earn a good living from their craft and too many business people have buried their creative abilities beneath obligations and piles of paperwork.” ~Wailea LLC

Your support will assist these three fabulous people in achieving this success:

Kristina’s childhood was one of physical and sexual abuse. At age fifteen she moved out of her home, determined to create a different life than what she’d been given. She stepped out into the unknown and over the years has created for herself a welcoming home, a loving family, and a successful career. Kristina sees this month-long leadership training as the next step in creating a future of not only making a difference in her own life, but in touching the lives of others.  She and her girls will be working with an international team of people to make dreams happen and to become empowered through the experience of creating projects in a high-paced team environment.

Kat is fifteen years old and loves the whimsical side of life. She thrives on her imagination and through it connects well with children. She loves art, reading and writing, and she would like to use these passions in her future. She volunteers her time at our local library stocking shelves and also works with a local non-profit to provide child care during events. This month-long training will help expand her experiences in both leadership and teamwork, which will empower her to pursue her passions today and throughout her life.

Kira has spunk, drive and a huge heart at thirteen years old. She has a passion for people and their happiness. Her strong drive to help and to serve others opened up opportunities for her to work as an peer mediator at her elementary school, and as a bank teller and a lunch server at her middle school. This month-long training will give her the experience and tools of how to work effectively in a team, how to be an empowered leader, and how to empower others.

To cover tuition for the three of us for a full month of daily (including weekends) training and living expenses in New York City where the training will take place, we need to raise $17,000.
