We are reaching out to anyone that is able and willing to help. Our family is going through a devastating lost. Our 18 year old nephew past away on Friday May 27th due to a heart attack. He was seen at St. Luke's Meridian in Idaho but by time he arrived doctors said over 95% of his heart was not responding. His body will not be release to the family until Tuesday May 31. We as a family are doing everything we can to help his mother, father, and siblings get through this heartship.

Sergio nuestro sobrino fallecio de un ataque al corazon el Viernes Mayo 27 horas despues de haver llegado a Boise, Idaho donde iva pasar el verano. Sergio tenia18 años, las fotos son de su graduation que fue el Martes Mayo 24. Su cuerpo sera transladado de Boise, Idaho a La Puente, California..
