Hi everyone, my son need your help to continue his treatment,, please share

Hi everyone. I need your bright ideas! I haven't posted in here for a while, as the fundraising was difficult to keep up. Things settled down with his treatments as I will explain, but he is in real need of support again and I'd love some help with ideas, if anyone is good with this type of thing?

To update you on Richmond in the last six months:
Richmond's parents Corazon and Reggie agreed with another family to share their infusions and dosages, as they both could manage with a smaller amount and this made it more affordable. I was paying for Richmond's drug and hospital fees during this time, with some help from a few friends and my dad who are donating each month. (Thankyou!) So, they attended appointments at the same time and shared the drug. However, both children have grown older/bigger and need a higher dosage, and the other child is now using the whole dosage which means Richmond does not have access to his drug at present. His last infusion was July I think, and he has gone drastically downhill. He currently can not stand up straight, is in a lot of pain, and the systemic side of the disease is progressing as he is having problems with his eyes (Uveitis).

The dosage that Richmond now needs is 20,800 Pesos each month, which is roughly £300. To put it into perspective, Richmond’s father earns £4 a day. It's a lot of money and I can neither pay or raise this each month.

I'm currently contacting a few charities (I have emailed UNICEF and the Salvation Army) and I'm thinking of using Twitter to try and get it shared and seen, hoping that someone with a contact will pick up on it. Or maybe, a rich celebrity who is feeling generous!

Does anyone have any contacts at charities, or any ideas that don't involve constant, long term fundraising? I always knew it wasn't sustainable but now the costs have increased so much, it's clear that I need to look elsewhere for help with this.
