Hi! Can you help me with my education?

Hi there!

My name is Sebastian, I've 24 years old, living with my family in Santiago, Chile. Currently helping my mother Patricia to take care of my grandmother Flor in her daily chores that a person with Alzheimer's desease entails.

I graduated in 2013 from my school, the Internado Nacional Barros Arana. I don't come from a family of great purchasing power so when I went to study at the university right after graduating, in 2014, we had to borrow as a family, willing and discussed the costs of my education, my family still always bet on our happiness, therefore, to choose a career by vocation.

I went to study Visual Arts for several months until financial problems of a much greater complexity began, my father lost his job and my grandmother's illness began to trigger. Resulting in the inability to continue paying for the material requested to make my assignments. In addition to the high cost of transportation and the food I had to consume while I was working on the university projects that were entrusted to me, they made it impossible to pay the monthly fee agreed with my educational institution.

So we decided, for all of the above, that I've to left the degree I was pursuing. We were left with debt in the financial system, we cannot qualify for credits or any minimum financial service, which results in the fact that I could not continue studies, and so it has been up to date.

Currently, several scholarships and credits have been created that I can choose to finance a future career, but that doesn't exempt me from paying the previous debt, which I have as the only option to pay with a credit card or bank loan, the amount of USD 1,641 ($1,023,000 CLP) before the end of February of this year. My career annual tuition is USD 500 ($369,000 CLP) and its anual fee is USD 5,350 ($3,744,000 CLP).

The biggest problem with this is that it is impossible that we can even get a card from a bank or commercial house, or any of my relatives, because we have acquired the debt, and if so, the credit quota could never exceed USD 125.

I can apply to the Credit with State Guarantee (CAE) that covers me for the formal duration of my career an annual total of USD 3,181 ($2,386,206 CLP). So the resulting monthly fee can be paid without much effort, because that amount of money (USD 1810 or the same as $1,357,790 CLP) can be agreed in ten monthly installments of USD 181 ($135,779 CLP).

So, literally, the only way to emerge is to study, but I can't study because first I have to emerge. I just ask you to help me pay the first figure (USD 1461).

If there was a way to it being a loan, believe me, I'll gladly give you back what your investment in my future would be.

Unfortunately, I should not ask for this, but this is the reality I face, and the worst of it, is that it is not only my reality.
