My name is Rayne, a 17 years old, eldest son of a hard-working single mother and her name is Lois Justine. Me, together with my 2 siblings, is seeking for help, due to our Mom's condition. She's been suffering from herniated disks since June of 2020. She's not capable to continue working for us because she can't sit, stand and walk and would have to undergo surgery to remove the slipped disks on her spinal cord.
