Here’s My Heart: A Fundraising for Jea

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

May you have prosperity this year-end season as you celebrate with your families and friends.I would not like you to depart from enjoying the season but if it would to touch your heart may I fervently hope you would listen to my appeal.

I am Nehemiah Abaquita, 21 years old and living with my grandmother. It would have been much better if my parents do not have their conflict that my suffering would be greatly emotionally abated.

I have just been operated on by major surgery last Saturday December 5, to replace a valve in my heart to alleviate a childhood disease that crept into this very vital organ. I am presently here in Vicente Sotto Memorial Hospital after the office of Senator Sotto thru his attorney considered putting 400,000 thousand pesos of assistance to add to the 200,000 thousand assistance I received from PCSO. These was a major help that allowed me to be operated on despite having to shoulder the balance of more 145,000 pesos yet plus the incurring post surgery medical and laboratory check-ups.

I have not given up of knowing that there are people around the world who can turn a heart to my condition. As physically threatening is my condition I will be strong to survive this. Only that I have incurred financial constraints.

If ever you believe you can part of something financial that in many ways have an impact in my recovery I shall count that true to my spiritual heart as a sign that love yet abounds around us.
