Herefordshire Hunt Sabs Equipment Fundraiser

We are a recently formed group that has been sabbing for just over a year. We cover an area of North Herefordshire whose hunts - the North Herefordshire Hunt, the Clifton on Teme Hunt and Wyre Forest Beagles - have not been sabbed before. It's gratifying to hold to account hunts which previously have been able to hunt and kill with impunity. We have also travelled further afield this season to sab other hunts, including the Banwen Miners (with friends South Wales Hunt Saboteurs), The Ludlow Hunt, the Leadon Vale Bassets and the Ledbury Hunt.

We would like to buy a Go Pro body camera. This would help us gather evidence of illegal foxhunting and also footage we could hand to police if we experience violence from hunt followers. This happens on a regular basis, on one occasion this season three of our foot sabs were driven at by a 4x4, with one sab ending up on the bonnet and the other two pinned against a hedge. Hunts and their followers act with impunity unless they are certain their actions are being filmed. Footage is everything.
