Henry L Walden Memorial Scholarship

Henry L Walden was a guardian, teacher, mentor, and friend to many. His life was defined by his giving nature and his talent of making each person he met feel important. Henry passed away April 26, 2017, leaving behind a legacy of philanthropic actions and selfless service, despite extreme adversity.

Henry’s friends and family wish to establish a memorial scholarship at Burgettstown High School to honor his life and gift of encouraging others to reach beyond their circumstances and become life learners.
