Hematoma surgery for Scooby/Medical Care

My dog name "Scooby" and she is 7 years old (age in human 47).she suffering with hematoma disease.perviously righthand side ears a bloated and i manage to do surgery.few weeks back lefthand side ears are bloated and freelancer veterinary doctor come up and do a surgery and now become same status as before.i consultation with private veterinary doctor and get some advice to surgery again and need to boarding for few days to monitor the condition of scooby.now she is moody and suffering from pain.
