HEMA-themed playing cards

The thing I like about H.E.M.A is the aesthetics. Whether that is the colourful images of some of the treatises, a perfectly executed technique or a well looked-after suit or armour. That combines well with my love for drawing. Many HEMA subjects are very drawable.

To my surprise, I could not find any HEMA related sets of playing cards. So I decided to make one myself, since I have some experience in making playing cards with a different theme (namely sea creatures). My experience means that I know how to go about it and that I already know a company that can print the cards for a reasonable price and with good quality.

These are a few cards that I made as an example. They will not be the finished cards, since I have drawn them directly from an image. With the final cards, I will draw them free-hand but will use example images.

What you get:

€5 reward:
You will get a high-quality digital copy of a playing card of your choice. I will add a list of the cards and what is on them once the cards are finished, so you can give me your card of choice once the campaign ends.

€19 and up rewards:
All backers who choose a reward will recieve a set of playing cards. The cards can be used for all card games that require a standard set of playing cards, but there will be a few extra in the box too. I like to make the game suitable for Wizard, which means that there will be 4 wizards and 4 fools added to the 52 standard cards.

€29 rewards:
With the €29 rewards, you get to choose either which technique from one of the treatises will end up on the special (Jack, Queen, King, Ace) cards, or which HEMA fail ends up on one of the Fool's cards. You will also get a high quality digital version of the card.
For the technique choice, you can also state your preference for the card it should appear on (both suit and symbol), but I cannot guarantee that I can follow this preference.
For the HEMA fail, it obviously has to be drawable.

€34 reward:
With this tier you can suggest what HEMA-related topic I should put on one of the Wizard's cards. You will also get a high quality digital copy of the card.
You can choose practically anything, but keep in mind that we will need to obtain the rights in order to put it on. So if it is a person, make sure that they are okay with being featured on the card (you wil have to show me that they are okay with it) and if someone else holds the copyright to what you want to have on the card then make sure you can show me that it is okay for me to use it.

Keep in mind:
For all of the rewards goes: it can not be offensive in any way. I will keep the right to refuse any suggestion if I find them too offensive. I will comunicate that and allow you give me a new suggestion. This is both out of personal preference and in order to follow the GoGetFunding guidelines.
