Hello everyone my name is Liam Matthew A. Laraño born on January 15, 2018 diagnosed on my 2nd day with Congenital Heart Defect (Pulmonary Valve Atresia with Intact interVentricular Septum) knocking you for some help to raise funds for my open heart surgery (Glen Shunt on my 6th month and Fontan Procedure on my 1st year).
Any amount will helps my baby to have a happy Heart.
