Help the Salazar Family Beat COVID-19

I met Camille Salazar a couple of years ago in a volleyball game. We became friends and really close since then. I have known her to be very family-oriented and would give up anything and everything for her parents.

On July 5, Camille’s 75-year-old father, Romulo C. Salazar, was admitted and diagnosed at Pasig Doctors Medical Center with severe pneumonia. He tested positive with COVID-19 on July 8. Aside from the hospitalization expenses and his respiratory therapy, his antibiotics and medications cost PHP 40,000 to 80,000 a day. Camille, together with her Mother, Siblings and their families are all strictly home quarantined.

Because of the restrictions of the community quarantine, Camille is currently the sole provider for her family. Now, life has gotten even more challenging for her and she has run out of financial resources. As family and friends of the Salazars, we have an opportunity to come together to help them. Will you help us show Camille and her family that they don’t have to go through this alone? We are asking for donations for her Father’s medical expenses as well as the family’s food and basic necessities. Any amount is essential and greatly appreciated because we know that when we pool our resources together, we can come up with a substantial amount to help one another.
