Please Help Teodulo “Teddy ” Bahala Currently in Intensive Care Fighting for his Life

My father, Teodulo Bahala, is currently fighting for his life in intensive care in one of the main hospitals in Quezon City, Philippines due to Covid-19 Pneumonia. He was rushed to St. Luke's Medical Center as this was the only hospital which wasn't full with Covid-19 patients. He also developed a mild stroke since his admission, affecting the left side of his body. The rising costs of his hospital bill means that we can no longer sustain paying partial percentages of his account. We wanted to transfer him to a different hospital with less cost but this is not possible due to the nature of Covid-19 virus. It's also due to this that we cannot be with him.

We humbly express our desperation through this campaign to seek your help, in any amount that you can spare, to help us fight on with him. My father does not have medical insurance and everything involved and accounted for in his care will have to be paid.

He is a loving father who worked all his life to support his family. We, as with any family, would like to carry on and do everything we can to help him pull through. Yet, we feel helpless at this point, feeling the pressure from the hospital asking for the financial obligation.
