CLIMATE CHANGE VICTIM – Help me save a village from certain famine/drought

We are farmers, or at least my parents are. This year, we have been waiting for rains. The rains have not come and the weather forecast says we they are not coming.

I am really worried about a big famine that is about to hit us.
Temperatures are up-to 40 degrees Celcius.

I have an idea on how to at least secure my village.
We have a borehole in my village. I need money to pipe water to as many villagers' farms as possible.
My target is at least 100 villagers. Once these villagers have the water, they can use it to irrigate their farms.

This way I would have saved a village from suffering.
