To everyone who could probably read this. This is our father Renato Pangilinan. Since 2016, he's been constantly admitted in and out of the hospital. He suffered from various health complications and infections. He is currently in coma in the ICU of Iloilo Doctor's Hospital.

We are once again appealing for your help. Our family is already financially drained from the past 2 years of hospitalizations and medications. Any amount you could extend will help our family alleviate from his daily expenses and sustain his life support. We will forever be indebted for your help. We thank you in advance for the help that you can grant and bestow to our family.

Above all, we are asking for your prayers for my family and my entire family. Thank you very much. May God bless us all.

Thank you

Dearest family,friends and everyone!

Hi,can I ask for everyone's generous support in helping us raise the funds we need regarding my father's hospital bill as we no longer have the capacity & resources to overcome this expenses. Rest assured that all of your donations will go solely for the cause of this campaign. My name is Reina. Below is my father's medical history.

Papa's Medical History

June 4, 2016 when he was first admitted to the hospital. We brought him because he had high fever, his upper right foot was swollen and portion of his toes turned black. The doctor informed us that he has infection and "Gangrene" is developing on his toes. The doctor conducted a scraping surgery where dead tissues were removed. He underwent three surgeries while receiving treatment for diabetes, pneumonia and prostate. We were given two options -to amputate his leg or to undergo scraping surgery, we chose the latter. We asked him but he said he still wanted to wear his favorite rubber shoes and be able to play basketball again so we proceeded with the scraping. We got discharged thinking that everything will be fine. 3 weeks after, we rushed him again to the hospital because his left foot became swollen again and there was an unpleasant smell coming from his wound. Upon check-up the doctor found maggots in his wound and scraping is no longer an option. Right then and there the doctor adviced us that his left leg needs to be amputated. After the operation, Papa's complications worsen as he became more vulnerable to infections and the healing process of his amputated leg took quite a long time due to his diabetes.

For two consecutive years, my father underwent two amputation operation and 3 surgeries. He was also admitted several times because of health complications.

We've remain positive as 2018 came. But February came uneasy for us. Weeks before his re-admission, he was already taken to the hospital because of severe pain from his right knee to his waist. But because of our financial situation, after few days of being admitted we requested if he can just have his medication at home.

Two days before we admitted him, he started to lose his appetite. It was painful when he tries to swallow. Not even an oatmeal can help. He is also feeling severe pain on his back. He had difficulty in breathing.February 22, 2018 ( a day before his birthday) though, we don't have enough money on our pocket we immediately rushed him to the hospital. He was diagnosed with sepsis, lungs and prostate infections. It also affected his amputated knee that explains why he's feeling pain several days ago. The doctor adviced for another above the knee amputation and a series of surgery.

His current daily medications was honestly a struggle. We need to prepare at least P 20,000 - P 30,000 each day for his medicines alone. Most of which are IV antibiotics and albumin. With God's grace and support given by some his angels, Papa was able to proceed with his operations and surgeries.

Our hospital bill as of March 31, 2018 had summed up to P 307, 478.57 and it is increasing daily. His hospital bill covers his room accommodation, doctor's fees, operations and laboratory fees alone. We we're able to acquire financial assistance from DSWD and PCSO. However, those were not enough to settle our entire bill.

The series of his hospitalization, operation, surgeries and daily medications for the past 2 years along with other circumstances that happened in our family caused us to deplete all of our resources. And in our current state no matter how hard we worked, we can't seem to make ends meet.

So we humbly knock into the generous hearts of anyone who has the means, to help us raise the amount we need to pay the outstanding hospital bill. There is no amount that is too small or too big. Any amount given is a big help for us. We will be forever grateful for your kindness. We thank you in advance for your love and support towards my family especially to our papa. May God bless you abundantly for your generosity. ❤
