Help us in our PARENTS’ BATTLE with COVID-19

We are in dire need of your monetary assistance to be able to cover the ballooning medical expenses of our Mama Angeles and Papa Melchor's confinement in Chong Hua Hospital here in Cebu City. Both of them have contracted the dreaded Covid-19 Virus and has been in the hospital since July 15, 2020. The doctor's initial diagnosis was Critical Pneumonia and were later on confirmed to be due to Covid-19 virus after the swab results came back. Our mother is the one who is greatly affected and she has been in the Intensive Care Unit of the above mentioned hospital ever since day 3. Our father on the other hand is also not getting better even if he is not in the ICU. His doctors are trying to find ways to treat his complications like his low hemoglobin level and some other infections affecting his stomach and kidneys. He is also diabetic and he underwent hemo-dialysis as well as hemo-perfusion thus rendering him very risky as well even if he is not in the ICU.

To date, our medical bill is already around 2,382,649. 22 as of July 27, 2020 10:00 AM. My mother's medications are at 70,000 daily and my father's is at 40,000 daily.

It is in this light that much as we would like to put the load into our own shoulders, our finances are already depleted. We are now appealing to the generous hearts of people we may or may not know personally to help us secure the funds we can use for the payment of our parent's medical bills. Your act of kindness will be forever treasured and we will also do everything in our capacity to pay it forward in the future whenever we can help others as well.
