Please help my young family

I need money for my young family. The mother of my children has been diagnosed with mental health illness which in turn unbale me to work as I have to both care for her as well as four children aged (14mths, 4, 5 and 6) but with no income this is very difficult. I also have a year left on a loan that I am currently unable to pay so may end up bankrupt. We no longer have car as ours broke and can not afford to get it fixed so the children having to walk to and from school everyday as well as every else shopping appointments etc.
