HELP ME UNTIL I FIND A KIDNEY DONOR

I am Rommel, a foreigner living in Singapore for 8 years with my wife and son. I love Singapore.Singapore has been very good to me. I have made some local friends at work and outside, but recently I have been diagnosed with kidney failure, and I am currently undergoing dialysis treatment. I would like to ask for help to aid my finances in my dialysis treatment. I dont have any insurace and my salary is not enough,I only have enough for half a months dialysis session for now.my son is under the spectrum and goes to a private special school which makes it harder for me and my wife financially . My dialysis session costs around $217 and Im doing sessions 3 times a week. fees dont include the frequent blood chem tests and frequent visits to the doctor which costs around $200 to $300. My goal is to get a kidney transplant as soon as possible so that I can extend my life more for my wife and child. But I am still looking for a donor. For now I need to rely on the dialysis machine to extend my life more. Your kind hearts can help me with that. Im staying positive and keeping my spirit up.Thank you very much and God bless you all.
