HELP ME GET A LAPTOP FOR MY STUDY

Hello, I am a 15 year old boy. I need a good PC to attend my school online classes. All I own is a very old Dell Laptop, which is very very slow and literally a waste laptop. There is no use of it anyway. I always get trouble attending the classes, sometimes I skip the class too due to laptop errors which I usually get every time. It doesn't have a good webcam, very less RAM and HDD and a broken screen. I am sure if I continue using this laptop, I would go very weak in my studies, since everything is now online. I already missed many classes, teachers started complaining about this, so this could lose my grades.

My dad can't afford to buy an another PC, he lost his job due to the current pandemic. Mom is working, but that is just enough for our regular expenses (food, rent, utilities etc).

All I need is a new good laptop, for regularly attending my classes and I have interest on programming also, so I need that kind of laptop. I think a 300$ will be enough for that, but if I get more, that would be much better.

And plus, my dad has a very good teaching experience, and a good PC could help him create online classes and that could support our financial needs.
